How do I return an item?
All returns require prior (RMA#) return material authorization number. A 25% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Non-defective returns are limited to 10 days from date of purchase. All other returns are at the discretion of Bio Shield Tech.
