Shipping Methods

All website orders ship free via FedEx 2Day to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and order tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer; if so, we’ll contact you with the expected ship date.

We do not ship C.O.D. (cash on delivery). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Restrictions

Free FedEx 2Day shipping applies to Hygiena products ordered through bioshieldtech.com. Antimicrobial coatings and other custom-quoted orders are not included; shipping charges for those orders are quoted separately and confirmed in your quote.

Freight Carrier

If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (e.g., Conway, Yellow), please inspect it for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If there is damage, note it directly on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt), then notify Customer Service at 1-386-449-8462.

Returns & Refunds

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please see our Return Policy for full details, including return windows and restocking fees. To request an RMA, contact Customer Service at 386-449-8462 or sales@bioshieldtech.com, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.

Sales Tax

Customers are solely responsible for all sales, use, or any other applicable taxes on orders shipped.
If you are placing an order for a tax-exempt organization, or if you are a reseller, please email your tax-exempt certificate to sales@bioshieldtech.com.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number. We will only use credit card information for transaction purposes. Incorrect information could result in a delay in processing or shipping your order.

Applying for Credit

Credit Process — If you are a business seeking credit, please complete and submit the credit application in its entirety. A PDF version of our credit application is available upon request. You will need to provide your Tax ID number, along with your signature, printed name, and date at the bottom of the form. If you already have a document listing this required information, you may send that in instead. Be sure to sign, print, and date the application, then email it to us at sales@bioshieldtech.com.
