Shipping Methods

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time within the 48 contiguous states are shipped same day (Monday–Thursday) via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. If you place your order after 1:00 PM Central Time, it will be processed the following business day. Same-day shipping applies to in-stock items only and is subject to carrier restrictions such as weather, labor shortages, or service outages. Order tracking is emailed immediately after your order is processed.

We do not ship C.O.D. (cash on delivery). In rare instances, there is enhanced shipping availability for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico — please contact Customer Service for more information. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico cannot be placed on bioshieldtech.com.

Shipping Restrictions

According to regulations, items labeled "ORM-D," such as aerosol spray, cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. ORM-D items cannot be shipped by air transport or by Priority Mail, and therefore cannot be sent to APO/FPO addresses. If you are ordering hazmat items such as aerosols or temperature-sensitive swabs, extra shipping charges may apply. Also, all ORM-D and hazmat items cannot be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select, because hazmat items cannot be transported by plane. This safety restriction cannot be amended.

Freight Carrier

If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (e.g., Conway, Yellow), please inspect it for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If there is damage, note it directly on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt), then notify Customer Service at 1-386-449-8462.

Returns & Refunds

Products that are properly returned, according to these guidelines, are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returns are inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fee. A restocking fee may apply to large orders. Credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Sales Tax

Customers are solely responsible for all sales, use, or any other applicable taxes on orders shipped.
If you are placing an order for a tax-exempt organization, or if you are a reseller, please email your tax-exempt certificate to sales@bioshieldtech.com.

We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Please provide the exact billing address and telephone number. We will only use credit card information for transaction purposes. Incorrect information could result in a delay in processing or shipping your order.

Applying for Credit

Credit Process — If you are a business seeking credit, please complete and submit the credit application in its entirety. A PDF version of our credit application is available upon request. You will need to provide your Tax ID number, along with your signature, printed name, and date at the bottom of the form. If you already have a document listing this required information, you may send that in instead. Be sure to sign, print, and date the application, then email it to us at sales@bioshieldtech.com.
