Return Policy

How do I return an item?
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request one, contact Bio Shield Tech customer service at 386-449-8462 or sales@bioshieldtech.com. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

Non-defective returns
Non-defective items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery with an approved RMA. A 50% restocking fee applies to all authorized non-defective returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All other returns are at the discretion of Bio Shield Tech.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies.

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, the order is considered final and standard return terms apply.

Refunds
Returns are inspected before credit is issued. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment for the purchase price (not including shipping), less any applicable restocking fee. Please allow time for your card issuer to post the credit.

Manufacturer warranty
Hygiena ATP meters and monitoring systems include the manufacturer’s original one-year warranty covering parts and labor. Contact us for warranty service.
