Due to the type of customer service the team at Bio Shield Tech provides, we often hear how clients are using our products in the field. Recently this story was expressed.  
This “sweet” story came through last month when a client who was working on Hershey’s plant in Stuarts Draft, Virginia found us online. They were installing ductwork for their plant. According to TheHersheyCompany.com, Stuarts Draft is their second largest plant in the U.S. Hershey network and primarily produces products with peanuts. At the foot of the Blue Ridge mountains, this quaint community is surrounded by the lush, fertile fields of the Shenandoah Valley, which is dotted with vineyards, farms and historic landmarks of rural Virginia. 

They stated that using Silver Bullet AM coating and our “Shop-Applied” antimicrobial duct coating process was “relatively easy”. Going the extra mile, always for our clients, a team leader organized a conference call with the client and their sheet metal manufacturer to go over application processes. “Jeff helped a lot with the tutorials and I would definitely recommend him and Bio Shield Tech,” he stated.
